I hate myself. I need to flush away 18 kilos of my recent weight! Gosh.. can I do it? I need to keep on dieting. I don't know when I could burn these 18kg of fat! Mencik larrr
So, I hope that within the school holidays, I could burn all those ugly and stubborn fat ek. Hehe.. Saya akan cuba sedaya upaya saya.. huhu

weight(kg)/ height x height(m)
Normal BMI 18.5-24.9
If lbih drp 24.9 means overweight. Nk kurus sng je, energy input (mkn) kne balance dgn energy output (physical activity). Ada pape tnya la eh... hehehe
