Who says I can't cook?

Huhu.. My friends thought that I can't cook. Just because during my teenage years I didn't cook, that does not mean that I can't cook now. Even if I can't be like Chef Wan, but still my hubby loves my cooking (tatau la kalau saja nak amik ati kan..kuikui) So, now I'm going to show you my hubby's favourite dish.. The Masak Asam Pedas Melaka.. Hehe...


Of course, you have to blend the onions first. Then, blend the chillies.. to make the asam pedas nicer, I would recommend you to use the dried chillies and also the asam jawa.. lebih enak.. Make sure you put the fish into the air asam jawa first to make the fish's smell gone.. Then, take around 3 cm of asam jawa and rendamkannya..hehe..


First thing first.. tumis the bawang first.. until naik bau, then put the blended chillies inside and wait for a while.. hehe


Stir them until they pecah minyak..kuikui.. aku tatau nak translate apo dah..Put in the air asam jawa okay!


Wait until the kuah boiling at baper temperature ek.. alaa... janji naik gelembung sudah la.. put in the daun limau purut or bunga kantan.. (my mum always use bunga kantan). Then, add in the salt and the sugar and put a pinch of serbuk kunyit..sikit je tau.. sat g tak besh polak.. kalau tatau nak agak, tak yah le letak.. kekeke. Put in the fish as well okay.


Voila... renihkan selama beberapa minit.. At this time make sure the api is slow.. sat g tak besh polak..

Masakan lain hari ni..
Sayur kangkung + telur.. besh
Ayam masak kicap.. (peberet Adam and Naufal..)

weh....masak asam kena boh serai la dei.. ni sape ajo x letak serai...fail ini macam. itu lauk ko kena boh nama lain...asam sayeda...wakakakka .

nak sedap lagi boh belacan skali. Blender sama bebawang, serai n cili. peh tu tumis letak air asam.enak lagi ko boh daun kesum cap nek empah sebab che kam slalu soh aku amik kat umah nek empah time kekanak riang dulu.

ler.. serai takde maa.. cik kam kata letak daun limau purut atau bunga kantan pon bole la ciken.. lu nih.. sengal a.. tak reti nak modified sungguh.. wakakkaka

belacan laki aku takleh makan... resdung.. sat g hatchumm.. hatchummm..

umah nek empah ada ke daun kesum.. ntah2 dah sadakallahulazim.. hehehe
