The Blossom Cake

Salamz all,

As I promised, this is the way to make the blossom cake.
The ingredients are :
  • 300 grams of self raising flour
  • 270 grams of fine sugar
  • 3 eggs (disejukkan)
  • 1 tablespoon of ovalette
  • 1/4 teaspoon of artificial colour
  • 1 teaspoon of pandan flavour
  • 200 grams of coconut milk (use santan kotak la easy)


These are some of the ingredients..

Put everything in the mixer bowl and trrrrrr..... for at least 5 minutes lah.


Nengok nih.. mix kan sampai le dia naik.. nampak gebus aje..


Then you put the hasil adunan in a plastic bag and tie it up. Cut the edge of the plastic bag.. tadaaa... low cost piping bag.. wakakakakak


Ni la dia low cost piping bag. Kalau tak reti nak isi, mintak tolong orang yg reti... hehe

Asingkan 1 tablespoon of the hasil adunan and add more colouring in it. Jadikan kaler dia gelap sket ok (untuk corak sat gi haa)
Then, arrange all the cute bekas into the muffin case.. hehe.. tatau nama apo.. wakakakakka..pehtu, pour the adunan into the bekas until 3/4, put in the nutella (use the piping bag yg low cost tuh), then tutupkan ngan adunan tu skali lagi.. hehe


Inti nutella telah dibubuh.. bau sodap nih..



Tutupkan inti nutella ngan adunan polak.. Ada nampak itu low cost piping bag.. hehe. Bekas muffin is only RM 8.90. Murah bangatt...


Then, put a dot onto the cake (remember the one that I asked u to add more colour.. ni la sebabnye). Using a lidi, tariklah ikut sukamu nak wat pattern lagu mana pong.. Janji ada corak..heheh

Next, masukkan ke dalam kukus and wait for 10-15 minutes, bila dah cukup time tu, coba2 check kat pungkok dia kot2 tak masak lagi.. wakakakaaa


Tadaaa.. ini lah hasilnya.. somel kan.. and sedap tu

Menurut perkiraan ahlil nujum,kalau tak diletak dalam fridge, tahan la 3 hari, kalau letak dalam frigde tahan la dalam seminggu insyaAllah.

piping plastik senang aje cik angah.. kita cuma beli plastik yang dah siap bentuk piping dekat kedai kek ada jual.. kita masukkan adunan dalam tuh, lepas tu ikat di hujung plastik.. kat muncung bawah tu ente potong sikit okeh..

samat mencobaaa.. hehehhe
