Can you see it? It's the rainbow people! In Alor Setar and Jitra, the rain was here like there's no tomorrow. Hehe.. Mana taknye, asal petang je hujan, asal hujan je petang. So, we had no choice but to stay inside. The hujan and the thunderbolt pon ada dei.. Sangat menakutkan. My house also kena blackout for a couple of times this week. So, after the rain gone, the rainbow datang plak. And it is the most wonderful view on earth....Even masa amik gambo ni pong, hujan still ada.. tapi santek ponya pasal, den rodah yoo... Bergumbiralah dengan rainbow ciptaan Ilahi ini. Very captivating lah!

Read Easy Makes Your Teaching Fun!

Have you ever heard about Read Easy before? Do you know how to use the method? Do you really know that this programme could help your students in reading?
Last Saturday, I went to the Read Easy course. I want to come since every year my admin just love to give me the last class..that is the KIA2M classes. I don't mind actually, but then I tried so many things to make sure that they could read. In the end, I ended up myself syok sendiri and double tiring. My sister asked me to join the Read Easy course. Normally they will conduct the course in Penang. This year, they did it in Sungai Petani. I quickly called my friend, Kak Nor to join me. So, ada kawan. We need to pay RM 100 for the course. Hohoho... our own pocket money! Hoho...
We arrived in SP around 8.45 in the morning and registered ourselves. The session started at 9 sharp. The presenters are the writers themselves. Eliani Nik Nawi and also Othman Ahamad. So, enjoy the pictures la deiii...


Most of the participants are the kindergarten teachers. Surprisingly, the Saraswathy's school (Tamil School) sent their teachers here and the teachers were sponsored by the school! Kitaorang bayar sendiri maaaa...hua hua hua...

The course ended at 5 p.m. We arrived in Jitra around 6.15.. sebab hujan sket daaaa... The course is really exciting and in my opinion if you care about your students and also your children, you have to come to this course. They will teach step by step how to teach the children to read as early as 3 years old. They are using the phonetic approach (which I used for my assignment in designing the reading program... I got an A for that! Hoho)

Not forgetting, Adam, my own son, his kindergarten teachers used this method and he could read within a few months when he was 6. It was incredible because during his kindergarten years I didn't expect him to be so good in reading not only in BM but also in English. Even now, he always asked me to bring home some story books from my school.

Now, for two days I had been using the Read Easy method to teach my slow learners and also the Year 1 students. Yesterday, my colleague asked me..

"Syah, you ajaq apa depa excited sangat.. sampai nak balik dok Cory Cat /k/ /k/ /k/..."
"Oh, I taught them the /k/ sound. So, ada la nyanyi sket. Pengajaran berkesan la tu..hehehe"

Oh, lupa nak kasi tau. On that Saturday, sekolah aku ada sekolah ganti. So, I told the PK about myself going to the course with my OWN expenses... This is what that fella said to me..

"Ok, you apply cuti!"
FINE! sungguh tak supportive! Hoho

Salman 2nd Birthday

Yesterday was Salman's second birthday. We just wished him Happy Birthday and bought him a pair of Upin and Ipin shirt which he loves most. Hehe.. He looks cute in that green shirt. Chewah. We were planning to have his birthday party this weekend. InsyaAllah.

Convoy to UUM

Pilih...pilih..

At first I decided to stay home. But after I got problems with the internet connection, I quickly changed my super sexy tshirt to a blouse, put on a jacket, wear the tudung etc then I placed my butt nicely on the seat...heheh..
My hubby was curious..
"Eh last nite kata tanak ikut."
"So.. takleh ikut lah?"
"Hmm..boleh.. jom lah. Budak-budak ni macam mana?"
"I already arrange-lah. Dok sat kat umah ayah."
Then we started our journey to UUM. Eh.. lupa nak kasi tau. I followed my hubby for a convoy to UUM Sintok. The Northern Bikers got some kind of exhibition in conjunction to the Expo for Graduation Day in UUM. So, this is my first experience to follow them. Hehehe.. teruja gilaaakkk...

On the way to UUM, the rain was running like cats and dogs. Hoho.. basah beb.. Everything were wet including the inner thing lah. Tak menahan. First time konvoi ujan plak. Kuikuikui..
When we entered UUM, the people were looking at us with envy faces..chewah.. penuh keperasanan ketika ini.. wakakkakakaa. Then, they parked their bike on the center of the parking lot.. which is super big and all the visitors came nearer to have a look on the bikes. Sangat ramai and sangat havoc.


Still waiting for others.. apa daaa.. lambat.. Ni kat entrance UUM.

Then, while the people were busy looking at the bikes, we ate under the tent.

Menu : Nasi goreng ayam (aku tencen.. I just ate the chicken..hoho) and air sirap (lagi jiwa kacau)

After that, who ever wants to try on the bike, they may do so. The ladies (there were only six of us--gatai nak ikut laki..wakkakakaka)were saying..
"Oit.. budak pompuan jangan bagi naik. Bukan leh caya depa nih!"
"Ha ah.. tapi biasanye depa pilih motot hat paling mahai!"
In my heart.. selamat kot motot laki den.. wakakkakaa..Memang benar selamat because nobody wants to ride on Mr Hubby's bike. Maybe because we put our jackets and helmets on the bike.. wakakkaka.. taktik tanak bagi orang naik.. wakakkakaka...


Baru lepas makan. Hoho. Pusing2 cuci mata plak..

Before we went back, we dropped by at the small circuit in UUM to have some ride.. Macam Sepang daaa litar dia.. Sekali rasa macam dalam Grand Prix daaa.. (ke Cub Prix) kuikuikui... We arrived home nearly seven. Huhu.. sangat letih..

Till then.. papai... (seplo kali nguap dei..)

Bad Thursday!

We had a fight with the PKsthis feller. GB asked the three of us to be the AJK Hadiah for the Hari Prasekolah in PKG Kodiang. We wanted to go there early(just like anybody else lah) because we need to arrange the tables, the medals on the tables, skirtings etc.. hehe. But then, the PK said..
"Eh, majlis start pukoi sebelas kan? Masuk kelas dulu."
And we were thinking that he's going crazy... We looked at each other with the look of WTFish-is-he-thinking!
Hello.... think straight la dei.. The majlis is at 11, what you expect? You want us to go there at 10.30 and then all the PPD officers will be there and look at our butts tonggeng-tonggeng tayang punkok while arranging the hadiah is it? Very smart la you.. very smart.. I know it's not your fault.. we knew that someone is racuning you. Early in the morning already in the room putting the best poison on earth so that you gonna screw us right?! Keep in mind.. that bitch is really a bitch.. When you listen to her.. you are totally.. exactly like her. Got me! Aiyaaa.. you just drove me crazy man!

You people want to know what happen eh.. You never want to know lah.. It's just a normal thing in life. People with a lot of bad PhD can easily be found in all over the world. This kind of person, (the bitchy ones) will never change lah. This kind of person will make your life miserable. If they think that you are happy, then you are in danger dei.. You are the next target. Crazy people.. must go to psychiatrist lah!

You see what happen? The people were asking for the hadiah, even the Preschool teacher in my school called us to ask us to come early. They were asking for the hadiah...
"Oiii.. hadiah mana oiii.. mana kawan hangpa.. sat gi PPD mai mampoh daaa.."

Allo people.. don't blame us. Blame the PhD people laaa..

Stay somel!

Hari ini pergi ke tempat biasa aku membuat firming treatment. Alhamdullilah turun satu pound. Hehehe... Esok wat facial plak. Sudah lama aku tak buat facial. Normally buat sendiri. Tapi takkan sama dengan orang tolong buatkan. Kuikuikui.. Kawan aku yang pomot tempat ni. So, aku terus sign up utk program facial nih. Ala-ala New York Skin Solution gitu.. cuma lebih murah.. ngeeee (aku kan discount shopper).
Setiap sesi amik masa 2 jam. Jenuh tadah muka dei.. Biasa aku pegi satu sesi 30-45 minit. Ini kali 2 jam. Siap urut tang bahu lagi.. ekekeke.. rasa macam kat Spa Q polak. Kalau mak aku tau mesti dia bising.. membazir la.. itu la.. ini la.. anyway...sekali-sekala nak juga perabih duit untuk body kita kan.. Asik beli baju santek aje... tapi muka berlubang.. tak somel.. kekekke..

Sekarang ni aku macam tingin nak buat pedicure ngan manicure plak. Macam mana plak rasanye.. Sapa pernah pegi buat menda alah tu? Besh kah?

Salman and His New Hair

This is before the haircut.. hehe

These pictures are specially for Salman's fan. Since he just got his new haircut.. I really hope that his fan would love his hairdo.

We planned to cut his hair a couple of days ago since he looked horrible especially when he's playing outside with the peluh-peluh and of coz that would caused him to smell like hmmm.. for me besh la..for other.. busuk masam.. kekekeke..

In the evening, I waited for hubby to get home and we went to the Barber Shop that belongs to Encik Raja. At first, Salman refused to sit on the seat. He even cried like he was abducted by the aliens... heheh.. Then, Papa sat on the chair and put Salman on his lap. Then, when the barber started to cut his hair, he stopped crying and watched himself in the mirror. Too bad, I didn't bring the camera along. Anyway.. you can see the difference before and after the haircut. Enjoy the pictures people!

1st day after holiday

Hoho.. my first day in school after the school break is very exhausting. Hehe..

"Teacher.. teacher... tengok dia nihhhh!"
"Teacher.. teacher.. betul tak jawapan saya?"
"Teacher.. teacher.. kena space one finger kah?"

Teacher here and teacher there... hoho.. lama tak dengaq depa dok hingaq pesen nih. Hehehe..
And the PK also gave some trouble.
"Syah.. leh tak U buat PSPA? I nak benda ni by this Tuesday."
Hoho.. kerja buat kita dei...

My School Holidays and I

I promised not to blog till Sunday. But then.. my tangan still itchy to blog about my school holidays. Yess.. I had been busy for a while but still.. managed to play around and wasting my precious time.. I still got time to do this and that rather than reading the academic books for the coming final exams -- APRIL.. huwaaaaaaa.... as usual.. nyesal plak tak baca buku. Hoho.

Let me start off with the first and the second day of the school holiday...

Friday - went to the market -- our weekly routine. Had our lunch at my MIL's house. Each one of us had to bring 1 type of lauk. After Friday prayer, we went to look for the presents since I was one of the AJK Hadiah for our Family Day. Went back nearly 12 midnite because we had to wrap the presents on that day. Senang citer.

The dishes on that day. I made the masak lomak ayam. Sodap...

Saturday - lepaking in the house. browsing the net, looking for the materials.
Sunday - went to school... gossiping, scandaling, umpating I'm on duty on this day. Hehe

Monday

Went to the bank... just want to make sure whether I'm still rich or not. Wakakakaka.. Then, I had a lunch date with these beautiful ladies..


Fathique - the one in orange blouse. Everything we ate -- dia belanja. Thanks Fathique. The lady with the iklan gigi -- Sharon. Just gave birth to her seventh child. Hoho..


Pwincess Di -- the Mami Jarum among us. Eh.. hari ni kurang plak barang emas mek nih.. wakakakka... and me -- with iklan gigi also.

That very nite, I hopped on the bus with Adam and travelled to this place...

Tuesday

We arrived here early in the morning. Around 5.45 a.m. Afraid that I might missed the Subuh prayer, we took a taxi and went to this house. Hehe... coba teka..

Yes, Saintis.. you are right! I'm in Melaka...ngeeee...

I waited for my sisters to get back from Singapore, KL and Kelantan. After they arrived, we started our sisterly chat. We chatted and giggled just like the old days. How we missed each other so much. As usual, the acara tukaq2 hadiah or fondly known as acara menanam dimulakan.

Then, we went out to have our outings and ate the delicious yummy-yummy cendol along with the famous rojak. It's in Bunga Raya road. The only mamaks stalls around. You can't missed them.

The cendol is really tasty and super duper delicious I tell youuuu!

At night, around 10 pm. Adik came home and he brought along the special cake and also a bucket of fried chicken to our house! It's mommy's birthday. It's her 65th birthday! Semoga Mak dimurahkan rezeki dan diberi kesihatan yang optimum. We still need you Mak!

Alang and I were sharing the cake. Oh.. I'm not supposed to eat late at nite. I really hate myself for doing this! >:(


Daniel, Angah and Alang. We had so much fun together. Bila lagi bisa ketemu ya... This is what happen when each one of lives so far-far away. One in Kelantan, two in KL, two in Singapore, two in Melaka and myself in Kedah. Huhu. This time is so much happier because most of us except Angah and Uda did not bring our husbands along. Hehe.. Even I just bring Adam. Hehehe

Wednesday - Getting ready to get back to our own houses.

Her hubby still managed to get the nangka to bring it back to Singapore. Haru betoi...

That nite, Adam and I started our journey back to Kedah and we arrived in Tanah Merah the next day.

Thursday - Arrived early in the morning. So many things to carry home. With two sewing machine... leh patah tangan den. Luckily my hubby arrived on time. Kalau tak, jenuh usung deiiii...
Around 8, invited Kakak to come along and we chit chatted for a while. In the afternoon, I started cooking for lunch and fed Salman that had waited for my cookings unpatiently. All the time he will cried for Nak Syikk....Syiikkk.. means he wants the rice. Sabau je aku. Then only I started to type the assignment.

Friday - It's the Family Day..yeay!!!
I woke up at three to continue typing the assignment. Then at 10 am, we went to my MIL's house. On the way to my MIL's, we met with this STUPIDO car. The one the right with the Johor plate number. So stupid and so stubborn because he didn't know how to drive on the single lane road. Hope he won't die while driving. Hopefully he could say the Kalimah before he died. Hoho..

After the colouring contest, the men went to the mosque and the women prepared the makan-makan. We started the sukaneka around 3.30pm. Sungguh lazat. My FIL forced me to eat the rice. I had to eat the rice again!!!!

After the prize giving ceremony, the kids rushed to the pool that Tok Ayah had created for them for the big SPLASH!
