Banana Bonanza

225ml of cold water
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 scoop Reliv Ultrim Plus Vanilla or Chocolate
1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
1 banana sliced

How : Just put all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and run on high speed until thick and smooth. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy. :)

4-5 small ice cubes
1/2 scoop Innergize Lemon
1/2 scoop Now
1 small slice of mango
1 small slice of pineapple
cubes of jelly

How : Mix together in a shaker cup or blender. Serve chilled.

1 scoop Now for Kids Chocolate
1 tablespoon coffee
handful of frozen berries
1 scoop chocolate ice-cream and yogurt

How : Blend everything in a blender. Serve chilled.

1 tablespoon of lime
1 slice of guava
1 slice of papaya

How : Blend all ingredients. Serve chilled.

If your child refuse to take the Now ForKids in liquid form... you can sprinkle the powder onto their favourite ice-cream. They gonna love it, I guarantee. (my sister's experiment..hehe)

Our first visit to Cik Minah Songket. This is the first time I saw how people make the songket. Teruja betoi...

To complete this songket, it takes around 3 weeks. If they use an assistant, it will take only about a week to complete the songket. Dasat.. this kind of people really need patience and also highly motivated.. hehe


Makcik ni buat derk aje bila kena tanya... concentrate giler makcik nih, sapa tanya soalan je dia bolayan.. Hehehe.

ETeMS for Remedial Class Teachers Part Two

Hola.. tak larat la den nak sembang bebanyak tang nih.. So, these are the pictures during the course in Grand Crystal Alor Star. The course was held from 10th to 16th November 2007. I would like to say thanks to all the course participants for giving us such wonderful gifts.. We gonna miss you all. We also gave the course participants some token as appreciation for giving good commitment during the course. God bless you all.

A trip to Kelantan Darul Naim - the wilayah of Tuan Guru Nik Aziz.

Ini lah bus yang bertanggungjawab membawa the 15 of us selamat pergi and selamat pulang.. Hiduppp JAFILA.. huhu

Recently the JPN Kedah held a trip to Kelantan.. The participants should fill in two busses.. Surprisingly only 15 of us were there. Others were missing in action.. We spent our nights at Resort Pantai Cahaya Bulan. The first we had a small meeting (it took for only an hour), then we went to Wakaf Che Yeh until 12 midnite. The next morning, meeting again.. (for 2 hours), then they brought us to Pasar Siti Khadijah (over here..macam2 ada.. mak bapak je depa tak juai...huhu). They gave us 2 hours to shop here.. But then.. not enough time.. sedih betoi... After that, went back to the resort for lunch and straight away started our next journey to Rantau Panjang.. yang ni pon bes gilerr..bantal bolster yg ada mcm2 karekter kartun tu kalau kat Alor Star rm 20.. kat sini you can get it for only RM9... Incredible you..But unfortunately, at this time.. the gaji was already gone with the wind since the government let go the gaji earlier.. huhu.. sedih gloz. Tak dapek nak shopping dengan penuh perasaan. Hehe..On the way back to our Resort, we saw an accident between a van and a motorcycle (tak sempat lak nak amik gambo...ngeri beb) It seemed that the boy with the motorcycle died instantly. That night, we had a small ceremony..(we got the certificates and also souvenirs from the JPN... dapek la kain batik kelantan 2 helai...alhamdullilah..) Actually we were hoping that we gonna get bush jackets.. just like the PPD Langkawi's facilitators.. angan tak sudah la we all nih.. hehe.. Then, the next day, we checked out and the bus had a stop at Pasar Siti Khadijah again. (I bought the Sos Pencecah, keropoks..sodappp). I also met with my sister, Along... (tak sompek nak bergambo). Then, bus pun jalan lagi.. this time we had a stop at Bukit Bunga (tak ingat lak the exact name, harga barang kat sini.. mahal le..), then we had our lunch at somewhere la.. (memory dah corrupt sket..) We arrived at Alor Staq around 6.30 pm.. Alhamdullilah..berjaya jugak sampai.

This is our chalet, kira ok la..but then pity to our jiran, Kak D and partner for having such a wonderful smell from their toilet. Err..nampak tak budak kecik tu.. heheh.. cuba teka sapa dia..

CHOGM - bila lagikk...?

Oh ye, this time around, we had one day off. Since everyone was doing the give and take thing laa.. I scratched your back, you scratched my back. So, we used this golden time to go spinning around the island. We went to Mahsuri Tomb (my last visit was in 1989), Dataran Lang (my first time after several visits to Langkawi) , Atma Alam (the batik village) and also not forgetting the hot spot for shoppers--- Idaman Suri and Hj Ismail Group. So.. what does CHOGM mean? Aiyaa.. PM me.. and I'll tell you la.. cannot tell you here.. secret meeehhh.. :p

Beside the Atma Alam, since we're not allowed to take picture inside Atma Alam, amik kat luar pon jadi laaaa... The flowers were blooming you know.. and as usual Princess Adie tak senang duduk la when she saw the flowers.. klikk...klikk..

ETeMS in Langkawi for Remedial Teachers

These are the pictures taken during the ETeMS for Remedial Teachers. It was conducted for 5 days in Langkawi and another 5 days will be conducted in Grand Crystal, Alor Star. The course participants are from 3 districts -- Kubang Pasu, Kulim Bandar Baru and also Langkawi. The facilitators also come from these districts.

During the first day we had some technical problems whereby all the modules and the stationeries were nowhere in sight. At first we felt a little bit panic because there was nobody (officers) around..only the facilitators and 2 urusetia that were also pening2 lalat like us. Heheh.. but since all of us were quite familiar with this kinda thing, everything ran smoothly.. like nothing happen, eventhough we felt like being thrown, left alone in an island and got to make sure that all works should be done by hook or by crook. Huhu... (berasap nihhh). We also knew that the Penang site were facing the same problem too. Anyway, luckily the next day everything was there and I would like to say thank u to PPD Langkawi for giving us all the help that we needed (such as the stationeries.. hehe.. most crucial part nihhh). And also a big thank you to Mr Ghazali (you save the day bebeh..), Ms Gan(dah habis ke mark paper?) , Mr Lim (nice knowing yaa.. sweet guy), Sabrina (a.k.a SUB TURBO), Amin (tingat plak kat kek kaler-kaler yang wife dia buat tuuu), Kak Di (old friend la), Kak An (org Kubang Pasu gak). Unfortunately Mr Ghazali had to leave us early when he heard that his brother was in ICU, KL. So, guys, plez pray for his brother's health. Amin...

Eh, lupa nak habaq... Langkasuka Hotel is the first class service la you all.. Tak nyesal buat kursus kat sini. From the receptionist until the bell boy, they really give you top quality for their service... tak macam last week punye hotel tu.. hotel toooottt... hehehe..

He told me that I should wear some kind of jacket so that everybody knows that I'm the faci... not just ordinary course participants.. He also claimed that my green baju kurung (the baju kurung is not here) does not suit me. He could be the next jury in America's Next Top Model. Hehe..

Happy Birthday Sweetheart!

I would like to take this golden opportunity to wish my beloved hubby... "Happy 35th Birthday". His birthday was on the 12th November 1971. To my hubby, I hope that you will be success in whatever you do. I would like to say thank you for all your love, courage and also support. May God bless you always, B! I also would say I'm sorry for not cooking for you 24-7..hehe.. always leaving you for outstations and also wishing from you something that are sometimes impossible for you to grant it. Huhu.. Apa pun, thank you for everything that you'd done for me. You are the greatest gift from Allah to me and I hope that you and me will stay forever till death do us apart. Amin..

Lama dan Baru

Masa kursus tempohari sempat pulak kami menjengah ahli dunia yang baru saja dilahirkan. The baby was born on the first day of our arrival. Cutenyer baby nih. It's a boy and has no name yet. He's the nephew of Encik Nadzri our PPD officer. HellooOOoooOOoo world! Look at him, he was sleeping peacefully. Maybe too tired after a long journey to the world.

En Nadzri newborn nephew. Sleeping peacefully eventhough all of us gelak macam orang tooottt... hehehhe... This is his brother's first baby. Terlupa plak nak amik gambo the parents.. sowy le...

Korang kenal tak menda nih? After 29 years living in this world.. This is my first time meeting this kinda thing.. Ini la penggodam pinang. Hehe.. Ye ke? Aku pon tak tau la.. tapi they put something in it then si pemilik tu akan menghancurkan benda dalam tu dengan sekuat kudrat yang ada sampai HANCOQ, then makan.. nyum nyum nyum.. don't ask me about the taste... i tak dan nak rasa.. ask Tina... she knew it because she tasted it.. hehehe
Ni la Pak Menakan baby baru tu.. Pak Menakan sapa la terlepas kat kedai nih.. heheh.. Sompat lagi nak berposing.

Apa pun congratulations to both parents and also En Nadzri for the newborn baby. Semoga akan menjadi anak yang soleh di dunia dan akhirat, insyaAllah.

A small farewell party to Tina

One of our facilitator, Puan Suhartina had transferred to IPDA to be one of the lecturer. So, we decided to throw her a small party. The first night we went to Restoran BOOM BOOM. The food were so yummy yummy delicious and quite cheap too. Bila la nak pi lagi nih. The third day, we brought her to Kenny Rogers at Kuah Jetty. We also surprised her by giving a her a cute Gucci handbag. Mesti comel bila Puan Pensyarah kita pakai beg tu. Huhu..

(Betoi ke ayat kami nih....) Don't forget to sign up to be the tutor of OUM plak.. Leh la ajaq kami ni hah.. C ya in future Tina... :)

The Hotel

The hotel is somewhere in Kuah, next to Langkasuka Hotel. At first we thought that the hotel would be superb since the hotel is quite a well known hotel. However, after some time we felt the hotel is just indah khabar dari rupa. The food and the services are not that superb. Even the microphones were sometimes dead. Hampeh btoi.. We had to be the technician on the spot plak. Sadis betoi...

Our boss, En Nadzri was giving a welcoming speech. He's the only thorn among the roses. Apa nak buat.. the endangered species. Hehe..

Looked yummy but then some of the dishes were tasteless. Only the last day of our course, then only they found the salt. Hehe.. I would give this hotel 1 and a half star. How on earth this hotel could have so many branches.. I was wondering..... hmmm..
